Parents – child – love concept
If you are interested in services but have not been diagnosed with a disability listed on our previous pages, you may still qualify for services under unspecified developmental disabilities. There are several other categories that may require similar treatment and intervention to that of intellectual disability, autism, cerebral palsy, or epilepsy. Qualifying diagnosis do not include handicapping conditions that are solely physical in nature. Contact your Service Coordinator or the Regional Center in your area if you are interested in seeking services and are unsure of whether you have a qualifying diagnosis.
Addressing the Needs of Consumers
Regardless of the qualifying diagnosis, we take full consideration of the needs of each person individually. Our qualified assessment team will work collaboratively with the interested parties to ensure the services are tailored to fit the individual’s needs.
